At A&M, Mr. Duval and Mr. Maltese will work with clients facing transformational challenges.

Mr. Maltese joined A&M from PwC, where he most recently served as a partner in the Delivering Deal Value practice, co-leading the Industrials platform. His industrial experience includes the carve-out of a producer of a high performance steels business and the integration by merger of two global players in rail transport. He also brings knowledge of the life sciences sector, having worked on a major pharmaceutical merger and the financial transformation of one of the largest UK-based healthcare companies.
